HVAC · US & Canada · Live in an afternoon

The AC quit at 9pm on a Sunday. Who answered first?

You don't have a lead problem.You have a follow-up problem.

Your crew is on a roof. The phone is the business. Every form that sits until evening, every missed call, every estimate that goes quiet is a job somebody else finished. This installs the front office that handles all of it while you work.

I earn a commission if you buy through my link. The install is a separate paid service at a fixed price.

01 / Where the money leaves

Seven leaks. Each one
is a job someone else finished.

Flip it →

Most HVAC contractors do not need more leads. They need the ones they already paid for to stop falling through the gap between a ringing phone and a busy crew. Flip the switch.

01 Form comes in, sits in an inbox until someone opens a laptop that evening.
02 Missed call during a service call. That caller dials the next contractor.
03 Estimate sent, then silence. Nobody remembers to circle back on day 3 or day 7.
04 Phone tag to find a window for the estimate. Three texts to book one visit.
05 Job finished, review never asked for. Reputation stalls at 12 reviews.
06 An unhappy customer posts publicly before anyone in the office hears about it.
07 Old leads rot in the CRM. Paid for once, never touched again.

02 / What gets installed

Four building blocks,
already wired to each other.

Not a template pack you assemble. Pages feed forms, forms fire workflows, workflows move pipeline stages and book the calendar. Nothing arrives as a loose part.

5pages

Landing pages

Every page a lead can land on, already connected to the form, the calendar and the pipeline behind it.

01 Main landing page — the offer, the trust, the quote form
02 /book-inspection — self-serve slots on your calendar
03 /review — sent the moment a job is complete
04 /feedback — private catch for low ratings
05 /thank-you — where every form lands

The one thing you also need

It runs on HighLevel, so you need an account. Plans start around $97 a month, billed by them, not by us. If you do not have one we will point you at it on the call.

I earn a commission if you buy through my link. The install offered on this page is a separate paid service at a fixed price, and it is available at the same price whether or not you use my link.

Already have an account?

Then the install is the same $997. The price does not change either way, and you keep everything. You own the sub-account, the pages, the workflows and the data. Cancel with us and it all keeps running.

If you want it managed

Optional. $297 a month for ongoing changes, monitoring and monthly reporting. Most shops do not take it in the first three months, and we will tell you if you do not need it.

05 / Straight talk

Do not buy this if
any of these are true.

We would rather lose the sale on a call than install something into a shop it cannot help. If you recognise yourself below, say so on the fit call and we will agree with you.

  • You are not getting enquiries yet. This chases and converts demand. It does not create it. Fix the phone ringing first.
  • Nobody in your office will look at a pipeline. The automations run themselves, but somebody still has to call the people it surfaces.
  • You want a brand new website. This is a front office, not a web design project. It sits alongside the site you already have.
  • You need it integrated into an existing field service platform this week. Ask about your specific stack on the call before you pay anything.
  • You are shopping purely on price. There are cheaper template packs. They arrive as loose parts and you wire them up yourself.

06 / Questions we get

The honest answers.

How long until it is actually running?

An afternoon for the install once we have your business name, phone number, service area and calendar access. Most shops are live within three business days of the fit call, and the delay is almost always waiting on details from your side, not build time.

Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?

You own it. The account is in your name, on your card. The pages, workflows, pipeline and every contact record live in your sub-account. If you stop working with us tomorrow, none of it switches off.

We already use a field service platform. Does this replace it?

No, and it usually should not. Dispatch, job costing and invoicing stay where they are. This sits in front of them and handles the part most platforms do badly: answering fast, booking the visit, and chasing the quote until there is an answer. Tell us your stack on the call and we will be straight about whether the two will fight.

My office manager is not technical. Is that a problem?

The daily job is one board with eight columns and a phone. That is the whole interface for your staff. The 45-minute handover is with them, not with you, and we record it so new hires can watch it later.

What about text message rules? We are careful about that.

Good, you should be. Every form carries an unticked consent checkbox naming us and the channels, every message carries a working opt-out, and we build to the Canadian standard because it is the stricter one. If you operate in a state with specific calling and texting windows, tell us and we set the sending schedule accordingly.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. The fit call is a live screen share of a working hvac account, not a slide deck. We move one lead from form submission through booking, quote chase, job complete and review request while you watch, and you can ask us to break it.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

We ask how enquiries reach you today, what you already pay for, and who in the office would run it. Then we show you the live account. If it is not a fit we will say so on that call rather than sell you something. No deck, no second call to get a price. The price is on this page.

07 / Next step

Fifteen minutes, a live account,
a straight answer.

Tell us where enquiries come from today and we will show you the same lead running through a working hvac front office. If it will not help your shop, we will say so on the call.
